I recently met a guy with dyed black hair who told me he uses a natural Japanese black hair dye product that comes from the black ink of Japanese Squid. I have looked online for this stuff everwhere with no success. The only thing I can come up with is black henna which I know isn't very effective. Has anyone heard of this before? Please let me know. It looked fantastic, solid black.

i think i know what u talking about it called bigens powder dye the beautician tole me its the safest dye to use on any type of hair.i mean meaning to try it but i been using loreal kind .i hope this help u any.
