Yes Scotty, I know exactly what you are talking about. My PM said one time that my muscles were sore because I tense against the pain. He said I keep my muscles tight trying to avoid the pain. I don't know if what he said is true or not but it makes sense to me. If anyone else out there has any experience with this how about it?

Take care.

God Bless,

I'm glad you're not crazy too. LOL. I started physical therapy 2 weeks ago. They are just doing heat and massage right now. The massage is supposed to help my scar heal without adhesions. It also helps the muscles to relax some. It helped for a little while afterwards but the next morning I couldn't get out of the bed. I go back for more torture in the morning. My therapist wants to see me before I see my surgeon tomorrow. So I have a pretty full morning. I will just want to come home and go to bed I'm sure. I hope you find some answers and some relief.

God Bless,
Sherry
