I am starting South Beach Diet again (after about 6 months), and it seems that they've made some adjustments since I last read the book. For instance, I believe that dairy products are allowed on phase 1.
Does anybody know if this includes fat-free/sugar-free pudding?
Thanks,
Chris

Yes, i believe it does. My friend is doing it and is also on phase 1. She eats sf/ff pudding. :) Good luck.

SF/FF Pudding is allowed but still MUST be counted towards your 75 calorie sweet treats daily. That does not allow for very much pudding!
