Hi Im New , well my question is how can i get stronger , and some better abs . i cant really get into the gym cause ders non around in my little area & i dont have any weights , i dont expect to be super strong , just something to pass time , for a bit till i can actuyl be able to go to the gym , will i get stronger doign push ups and sits ups ?? wat else can i do , just to get into better shape , i do play basketball every other day aswell , hope u can help mi :)

Using your own bodyweight is one way (pushups and situps). You can improvise "dumbbells" out of plastic gallon water or empty milk jugs filled with water or sand. With water, these are about 8lbs. With sand, not sure but fill one and weigh it on a scale.
With these, you can do any number of strength exercises, such as presses and curls.
Just be inventive.
4 sets of 10 with a minute's rest between each set. Do these for a hour along with any cardio.
