Last Wednesday, I did dumbbell squats really hard. I was gasping for breath on the last set. I finished the rest of the workout, but the next day my lungs were extremely sore. I didn't workout or do cardio that day or the next. I felt pretty good on Saturday, so a jogged for about a half hour. Later that day my lungs felt sore again, but not as sore as previously. I am debating whether I should see a doctor, or just stop exercising this week and see how I feel this weekend. Have any of you every experienced something like this?

yes. this happened to me once when i played soccer in high school. you probably just pulled a muscle in your rib cage. i thought i "pulled a lung". it will heal itself.
