I bought it off the website and used it for several months. It didn't do anything for me. Some people I've talked to said it helped to suppress their appetite, but it didn't even do that for me. I returned the empty bottles, and I'm waiting to get my $$$ back. Sorry I don't have better feedback.

I tried it for several months and lost only a couple of pounds. I have had much better success just by dieting alone and exercising. I think its a big waste of money. Sorry!

Hey, it worked for Anna Nicole Smith pretty well. Of course, like with anything else, some people will have better results using it than others. Anless you'll try it yourself you'll never know for sure.

Or so she says.... Based on my experience, and the experience of others (see above), I would bet that her (ANS) weight loss was due to some serious exercise and dieting and that she is promoting TrimSpa for monetary reasons.

To be fair, we don't know how much Anna Nicole actually used that stuff. For all we know she just starved herself without taking that pill. Just because a celeb endorses a product does not mean they used that product as directed if at all!
The interview she gave to Larry King shortly after she starting endorsing that product, she said that she has to force herself to eat and that she usually just has a couple of things to eat all day and that's it. To me it sounded like she lost that weight because she was only eating a few hundred calories a day. That isn't very safe. She also admitted that she never works out. So Larry King pretty much got her to admit that she is basically starving herself.
So either way whether it is the pill or not, the bottom line is she is starving and that is not a healthy way to go. She'll probably just pack on the weight plus some one day since I can't see her keeping up with this sort of thing.

I totally agree with blessed2bme ANS can't even settle on one specific time that it took her to lose 69lbs using trimspa. On Trimspa's website it says that she took it for 8 months and last week on ON Air with Ryan Seacrest she said it was only 3mths! Now I know she ain't the brightest but c'mon settle on one claim. I think she used other mean of losing the weight because neither trimspa or her goes into details about her weightloss. I believe that it was just about the money on both ends.
Now I personally have tried trimspa and it does control/supress my appetite alittle almost to the point where I am eating too little calories per day still I won't call it a miracle drug because I do exercise and am conscious about what I eat (most times!!). I recently started taking it again in the last week and I will update everyone on my progress. ie whether it works or not.

Hi,
I bought Trimspa X32 and it did nothing for me....I still ate when i wanted, it didn't help me there....I was only able to maintain my weight....Also i was going to Curve's doing a thiry minute workout, four times a week...So the food i was eating was getting worked off through the workout....I really don't think it did anything for me, other than give me more of an appetite...
