Iam 14 years old 5'4, & 130 lbs. My goal is to reach 115 or loose 15lbs in about 2-3weeks. I love to dance, and i would like to get back into shape before Dance starts in Sept. I am drinking lots of water, and trying to break myself of all thoose bad eating habbits such as eating late at nite, or snacking constantly. I go to the gym whenever i can, but most of the time i am just too exausted from classes or family events. I have already lost about 5 lbs, but i still cannot cure my sweetooth. Does anyone have any helpful suggestions on loseing weight fast, but yet still having enough energy to do daily activites??

You cannot safely lose 15 pounds in 2 weeks. Two months now, that is more realistic. Don't rush the weight loss, you have plenty of time between now and September. You know what needs to be done: eat healthy and exercise. Be consistent, don't give up, and you will see results.

I used to be addicted to chocolate. I could eat 4-5 bars in one day. What I started doing, was drinking a meal replacement shake for breakfast in chocolate flavour seeing as I never liked eating breakfast. I find this helps my sweet tooth and gets me through the day without munching on bars.

I notice when I eat breakfast (I hate breakfast) in the morning I am less hungry through out the day. Also if you eat more protien I think you will have more energy. Or if you balance out like your protien and carbs and cals and stuff, that might help too. For the sweet-tooth problem I don't really know because I really don't like sugary stuff that much, but you could try eating fruit instead of candies or junk food because fruit is sweet too. This is a theory but maybe if you can control what you eat for say a week, and just eat something that you like one day out of the week, (but still eat healthy the whole day except that one thing you eat that you want) then maybe it will be easier to stay on a healthy diet because if you don't do that than maybe you'll lose self control after a while and just eat a whole bunch of unhealthy things. But I'm not sure if thats true or not..
