i've had allergies pretty bad for a while. my sinuses were always swollen and my head always hurt. i went on singulair and nasonex and i felt good. well now it's been really rainy and we've had a lot of temprature change here in michigan and i've started all over again. also, i've been eatting a lot of dairy stuff. now my sinuses are swollen and i have a headache again. i've had a headache for about a week. my head hurts in my forehead and in my sinuses in my cheeks, temples, and in the back of my head like i have to crack my neck. also my eyes are blurry, and sometimes they itch. i also have anxiety so i'm really worried that it being something bad with my head. i had a cat scan about 3 months ago and it came back normal. i know it's stupid to be worried, but still. i'll take any reassureance i can get. thanks.

I would start with an allergy test. I thought my migraines were jsut severe allergy headaches but the allergy test came back negative for everything but mold. Watching the air index proved the pain was not from mold in the air.

It could be sinus infection.
