View Full Version : abs in 3 days?

hi everyone..i have a wedding to attend on saturday..i have this beautiful indian outfit..howeverrr it completely shows my whole midriff..it doesnt look thattt badd--i wouldnt say im very skinny but i have a small body..i dont have abs but my stomach is flat..is there any possible way by this saturday that i can make my tummy look more fit and look like it has some abs? i know this is probably the most craziest thing but just wondering if there is any chance of that happening..thanks for any input

Three days is not enough time to produce any results. Even surgery would not be fast enough.

HOWEVER... you can look as lean as possible given the time constraint by reducing/eliminating sodium, minimizing carbs and drinking a lot of water. This *will not* make you lose fat, but it will help you to shed any subcutaneous water (under the skin) that your body is holding on to giving a leaner appearance. Sticking strictly to SALT/SODIUM FREE lean meats and veggies and water for a couple days will help *a little*, but sometimes it's just enough to feel less self conscious about your abs.

It will help if you cut fat, don't eat late at night and keep off carbs. If you do lots of sit ups it will make a difference. I can look different in just three days, but thats coz I work out and I feel the body has 'memory' so that you can get back in shape quicker than someone who never works out.
