HEy everyone, im in australia for another month for rugby. i have no job and all i do is run and go to the gym everyday. i am trimming down but my lovehandles are still there.. i need an excersise that i can do to start cutting away at these things that have plagued me for so long. it would be nice to have em gone or jurastically reduced by the time i come back home. thanks for reading my thread and any advice or excersises that i could try would be awesome! Thanks all...

If you're already exercising a lot and they still won't go away you NEED to address your diet. All the exercise in the world won't make up for a crappy diet. Check your calories, lose refined carbs ("white foods" - rice, bread, pasta - and sugars) and as much saturated fat as you can, make sure you're getting at least 1g protein per kg bodyweight, some GOOD fats, and drink lots of water. If your diet is clean it will make your workouts more effective because you will be using more fat for fuel and less carbs and other garbage you have eaten (this is just an assumption, I don't know what your diet looks like right now.) So what does your diet look like right now?

in the mornings i have tea with one sugar and eat toast with butter and vegimite. for the past week i have been getting subway footlong clubs. i love subway and i think its healthy for me..? i dont eat fast food and dont drink soda. i always drink water, more than anyone else i see. if its not water its some sort of juce. even if i getneed to buy a soda from subway ill give it away. for dinner ill have a proper steak dinner with the family or a second subway sandwich ive bought earlier in the day. what do you mean about the protien. i know i need more but i cant cook a steak every day. do you think i should substatute the lunch with like a protein drink right after my workout? maybe some milk? my sugar intake and fatty foods are minimal as far as i can understand. if its needed the bread would be hard giving up. what can i replace the refined proteins with that will keep giving me energy for my workouts, practices and games?

Thanks
Dnut
