Hey all!

Has anyone out there ever heard or tried Feldenkrais Movement Therapy as an alternative therapy for range of motion issues and spasticity control?

I have been refered to this method and I don't know a lot about it but heard it is effective for CP patients.

If anyone can give me more info I would be very happy.
