Hi,

I've been doing my workouts. I first was doing the Firm body sculpting system 1, rotating the tapes, but, I was told I needed to include more cardio, so I heard about slim in 6, & purchase that, with slim in 6 you have to do 6 days a week. So I was doing that, then doing The Firm 3 days on the rest 1 day then 3days then rest 1 day. Because their both intense workouts, I started getting burned out, because I was told that I should do either slim in 6 or The Firm. To do one or the other, then do cardio like walking or running. Well I have a treadmill & a elliptical machine, I notice on the treadmill I go about 3.5 speed, after 15 minutes by back starts to hurt in the lower area. So I was doing 15 minutes rest then start again. On the elliptical machine, I was told it's low impact, but, it I can really feel it in my legs, so about 10 minutes on the elliptical I have to stop because of my lower back starting to hurt, am I doing something wrong? Has anyone else experienced this. I've never had back problems.
