I was just curious if anyone could give me an opinion. I am a man and had a sexual encounter with a women (vaginal) , I used a condom but it broke. Since it broke during intercourse, I just kept going: figuring , oh well too late now. About three weeks after I had some symptoms of what may have been an STI. Not sure unable to have test at the time. I have done quite a bit of internet research, ok obesessing a little bit even. Best I can figure it was maybe Chlamydia or some other sort of UTI. No discharge, but an annoying irritation in the morning during the first urination of the day. I was given a shot and antibiotics and within 5 days the irritation stopped. About a week after the anitbiotics(5 weeks since the encounter) I have this kind of pressure in my groin between my hips. I have been stressing so much and looking at facts and opinions on the internet, all the time. I am wondering if I am manifesting these problem with my mind. I have been worried about HIV in the past, but now it is more than ever because I have never had an STI. I have no symptoms of HIV that I have read about so far. I was hoping for some input from anyone. I will get tested at the three month mark. But the possibiltiy of the unknown is killing me. I feel like my stress is eating me from the inside. Did you know the woman you had the encounter with? Is this someone you can call and ask if she has any STD symptoms?

No Im afraid I cant communicate with her. It was a "one night thing".
