My MRI results showed nothing, meaning I dont have a pinched nerve. My neurologist diagnosed me with myofacial pain syndrome due to TMJ (of course). I am relieved that it wasn't a herniated disc or something else that would need surgery. Hopefully I will find relief once I've been in physical therapy for awhile. Hope you all are doing o.k.
