Hello everyone

Heres my question. I have not had a period for nearlly 100 days and in this time hot flashes have started. I am confused as to how to use my progesterone cream. Can I use it non stop ie every day. Is it harmful or less effective if I use it non stop? I know I have read about 21 days on and 7 days off as it coincides with your periods but as I have not had one for many months do not know how to do this. I would also like to know why the 21 days on and 7 days off routine. Can anyone help me?

Oh and finally is it the best thing for hot flashes?
