I need to know what the symptoms are of ADD or ADHD. How did you know that your child or youself should be tested? Someone please respond. :(

You'll notice that the symptoms are rather vague and are true, to some extent, for almost everyone. It's a matter of degree. To be ADD, the symptoms must impact more than 1 area of a person's life and must have been present before age 7.
