Well, it hadn't occured to me till the other day, but it's been a very long time since I've had a headache. About a year ago, I suffered from migrains, and constant small headaches, and now, less than 12 months later, nothing. I can't think of a single reason why. Could there be a cause for this?

just be happy, what meds are you taking if any? has anything changed in your diet? could the stressors of a year ago be past? have you started a vit min supplement? have hormones changed any? getting more exercise and eating more carbs? these produce serontonin and exercise increases endorphins and increases neurons in the brain.

Count your blessings! I have been plagued by migraines for almost 20 years.
This last year they have decreased significantly so I thank God everyday I don't have one.
