I am 17 years old, 5'1, and I weigh 94 lbs. I gained 4 lbs since my summer vacation started. I am trying to gain another 11 lbs to reach 105. I also weight train at least 4 days a week to gain muscle mass. My diet consists of everything healthy and yes..also unhealthy foods like potato chips and cookies. I don't really restrict myself from eating anything. Two weeks ago I started to notice lumpy fat on my abdomen and the sides of my stomach. I have done some research on this, and I have read that in order to lose the cellulite I have to lose weight. I simply cannot do this. I am skinny as it is, and I have a goal to gain weight. Most women have cellulite on their thighs and are able to do hamstring curls, cardio, lunges etc. to get rid of it. However this is not where my problem is. Right now I am using a firming lotion and ground coffee beans, but I doubt that this will do anything. I have heard of body detox such as The Master Cleanser. Would this be able to help solve my problem? Are there any other type exercises I can do to target my problem area other than crunchesundefined? Thank you in advance for your reply.

Are you doing enough cardio? Or are you sitting for long periods of time? Cellulite is exacerbated by inactivity and a fatty diet.
Maybe you could try doing lots of legs exercises and lots of cardio and DEFINATELY drinking lots of water to move the toxins along in your system.
Try putting oil on the affected area and pummelling/massage the hell out of it every day to break down the irregular buildup of fat and get the blood flowing.
Theres a herb called Butchers Broom which is suposed to be really good for increasing circulation to the extremities - I imagine this would help.
Though, nothing will work as well as eating well, regular exercise and self massage.

Cellulite is partly the result of poor hydration and a sluggish lymphatic system. The lymph system is your body's garbage collector/filter and it's critical that you drink lots of water to keep it flowing. So drink at least a half gallon of water, daily.
Try some lymph-moving exercises such as rebounding or brisk walking with lotsa arm swinging. Dry skin brushing also helps stimulate the lymph system (not ta mention that it turns your skin silky smooth and feels WONDERFUL! :D ).
The best fluid you can be drinking is cranwater (8 oz unsweetened cranberry juice mixed with 56 oz water). Cranberry juice is loaded with flavonoids, enzymes, and organic acids that have an emulsifying effect on recalcitrant fat deposits along the lymphatic system and may help break up stagnant cellular wastes that contribute to the appearance of cellulite.
good luck!
