I am 17 years old, 5'1, and I weigh 94 lbs. I gained 4 lbs since my summer vacation started. I am trying to gain another 11 lbs to reach 105. I also weight train at least 4 days a week to gain muscle mass. My diet consists of everything healthy and yes..also unhealthy foods like potato chips and cookies. I don't really restrict myself from eating anything. Two weeks ago I started to notice lumpy fat on my abdomen and the sides of my stomach. I have done some research on this, and I have read that in order to lose the cellulite I have to lose weight. I simply cannot do this. I am skinny as it is, and I have a goal to gain weight. Most women have cellulite on their thighs and are able to do hamstring curls, cardio, lunges etc. to get rid of it. However this is not where my problem is. Right now I am using a firming lotion and ground coffee beans, but I doubt that this will do anything. Are there any other type exercises I can do to target my problem area other than crunches? Thank you in advance for your reply.

exercises for the sides of the abdomen.

stand with feet shoulder width apart, put one hand on hip and 1 straight up. Stretch the arm from straight up to over the other side as far as you can and come back - making sure to engage the muscle. do about 3 sets of 12 reps

stand with feet shoulder width apart and grab 2 weights - around 2-5 pounds and lean to one side down towards you knee. remember to concentrate on the muscle. do about 12 reps and then repeat on other side.
