A question for anybody here posting with any type of iner ear disorder. Do you experience vertigo attacks? If so how often and how do they last? My ENT thinks i have Meniere's. Yesterday morning I was laying in bed and I lifted my head . With that came vertigo for about 30 seconds. Is this the common length of time of vertigo for people with Meniere's or any type of inner ear problem?

Yup....sounds like BPPV to me too:
BPPV- from a Health Guide
Vertigo begins after making a certain head movement or putting your head in a certain position. Tilting the head, looking up or down, rolling over in bed, or getting into and out of bed are movements that commonly trigger these episodes of vertigo.
There is often a brief period of just a few seconds between the time your head is moved and the beginning of the vertigo. This is referred to as latency.
Vertigo usually lasts for less than a minute, and frequently it lasts only for a few seconds. The sensation may be mild, or it may be severe enough to cause nausea and vomiting.
If the movement that causes the vertigo is repeated, the effect may be less noticeable each time. After 3 to 4 repetitions, the movement may no longer result in vertigo, and several hours may pass before the same movement again results in vertigo. This is referred to as fatigability.

Sounds like BPPV to me too. I've had one spinning session that lasted 2 hours. That's more like Meniere's. Also, Meniere's comes with tinnitus, ear pressure and loss of hearing typically.
