for the longest time i've wanted to firm up my stomach and arms but never had the time to workout, or when i did i'd exercise for a couple days before i would just give up. luckily this summer i've started a fitness routine that i've been sticking to :jogging for 40 minutes, followed by 100 crunches, and weight lifting. so far i think im on a good track to losing the fat only i haven't changed my unhealthy eating habits and although i will try to eat more nutritious foods i'm sure that i won't completely let go of the foods i normally eat. yet besides that fact i'm hoping that by mid august i'll finally have a somewhat flat tummy..will i? or because of what i eat is it not possible? Help!!
