Ok im 16 years old, and this whole man boobie thing is one anoying problem. I used to be on the chuby side, but i have cut my weight down to 140 pounds. But my chest seems a little to big. Now its not to bad, and im not feeling any lumps. But i do know i dont eat very healthy. Some information on what a teenager my age should eat, and how i should excercise to fix this problem would be a life saver. Thanks!

cardio and weight trainning. cardio will cut the fat and weight trainning will build muscle mass. the more muscle mass you have the more fat your body will burn with cardio. work your way up to about 3-5 miles a day, 5 days a week. lift weights about 3 times a week, just don't exercise the same muscle more then 2 time a week. you'll mostly needs compound muscle movements in the beginning. things like benchpress,, squats, etc. stay away from as much junk food and empty calories as you can. try to eat as much raw veggies and fruits as you can. you should also try stay away from food that's been processed like pre-packaged sandwhich meats, sugar cereals (granola and things like that are ok but watch the calories). try to eat whole grain breads instead of white bread. eat fish at least once a week, twice if you can. make sure it's fresh and it's best to eat it as sushi or sashimi but cooking it is ok. just don't overcook it. infact don't over cook ANYTHING!!! veggies or meats. eat them as rare as you can. it's going to take some time but you'll get there. cheers.
