Ive seen this thing on TV where they put brackets on a girl to stretch her legs out but they leave the brackets on for hours EVERYDAY. She did it for about a year and only gained bout an inch. The only problem wit that is when you get older your knees will become very weak. So if i had that problem and really wanted extra height id have some kind of surgery otherwise theres pretty much nothing u can do.
