can acid reflux disease cause lung nodules? if anyone has the answer to this please respond?

When acid and some additional stomach content is inhalled, lung can respond with inflamation. On long term basis nodules would be created as part of this inflammatory reaction. These are fibrous nodules, like scarring.
Nodules can of course be from other disease (tuberculosis, sarcoidosis, ...).
