I know Celery is one- its either 0 Cals or just such a tiny amount it doesnt matter..a lot of theories say that it is a negative calorie food- takes more energy to digest it than is actually in it. Most veggies are like that as well (ie/ red peppers). Some have a FEW cals, but still are VERY little.

Most raw vegetable, salad-type foods are hardly worth counting at all... lettuce, cucumbers, radishes, celery, spinach, etc.

A great cooked vegetable is spaghetti squash - you can eat it like pasta and its only about 50 calories per cup.

You could chow down on crushed ice or ice cubes - they offer hydration and are truly calorie free :D

Spaghetti Squash is a gourd-like squash that when prepared correctly, shreds into long strings, resembling spraghetti. It is very mild tasting and is wonderful served all the ways you would serve pasta - with tomato sauce, grated cheese, or even just some olive oil and garlic. Do a google search on "spaghetti squash".
