Yes, having a ceiling fan blowing overhead during the course of the night causes me grief, as well as my kid. (whom is also a sufferer) Winter weather is worse for me......maybe always being cold and holding myself tight?? The summer months are by far the better of the two for me. Now, my kid is the opposite. The warmer weather causes his head to hurt worse. I pretty much chaulk it up to all of us being different. Hope this helps!

I didn't used to mind the cold. It bothers me now, especially that drafty feeling around my neck. I keep a heat pack to microwave at home and at work, plus a winter scarf at work and wear it when I feel drafty. I feel more protected or something.
AND I live in Florida. It's 94 degrees outside and I'm wearing a scarf. LOL
It's crazy. I really, really hate TMJD. So much energy just to make it through. At the end of many days, I feel twice my age.
No one knows how this feels unless they experience it.
Take care,
Del.

The cold can be a problem for many with TMJ but I am like Cheryl's son. The hot weather is by far the hardest on me because like her son it makes my head hurt as well. Any way you look at it though, TMJ really disrupts your life.
