Could anyone possibly tell me how many grams of Fat, Carbs, Fiber, and Protein these are (to the nearest tenth)? I would guess probably 1g or less of Fat, Fiber, and Protein (no clue about the carbs, maybe 15-20?) but I want to be sure.
I looked in a book that I have and all it told me was that it is roughly 42 calories.

Hello, Sure...According to the USDA database for 1 cup serving size...83 cal., 0.041 g. sat. fat, 0.068 g. monounsat. fat, 0.212 polyunsat. fat., 0.321 g. total fat, 21.01 carbs., 3.5 fiber, 14.44 sugar, and 1.07 protein. According to the Calorie Control Council for 1 cup serving there are 82 cal. and 0.6 g. total fat. Now all you need to do is take this data and divide it in half for 1/2 cup serving.

Oh, did you happen to find this off of a website by chance? If you did could you tell me where (I have some more foods to look up)? :)

Hello, Yes, they are free websites. The USDA database is a government website. (United States Department of Agriculture) If you just type in "USDA database" or "Calorie Control Council" in a search engine, they will probably be the first ones on the list. Any website that ends in "gov" is a government website and is probably free.
