First of all, I admit this is going to be a stupid question and I hope no one would be offended by it.

How much do I have to worry about eating together with a HIV + person everyday?

I have just found out someone who I have been having lunch together with for more than 1 month is HIV positive. Usually when we are having lunch we sit face to face and chat. I saw more than a few times that his saliva spited to my foods when he talked. How much do I have to be worried about it? Do I need a HIV test now? Please educate. I am very worried now.

No cause for concern at all.No testing needed.HIV cannot be transmitted thru casual contact nor thru saliva.Hope this helps. :)

Even kissing the person won't infect you.
The viral load of the saliva isn't enough to cause an infection, so you shouldn't worry. :)
