I have been using the liquid drops for almost two weeks now. I am just about out, and was wondering if it is okay to switch to the capsules instead. Would this make any difference in effect?

When I used vitex (chaste tree berry) I only used the capsules. They worked for me. If you have been using the herb for a while, then I think 1 capsule a day would be good. I think I read somewhere that when you first start taking it you might take 2 capsules a day for maybe a month or so.

Do you know if there are any side effects while using Chastenberry with anti-depressants or anti-anxiety meds?
