Today standing in line at the bank this weird feeling came over me.
For a few seconds I feel like I was about to black out and pass out.
I started swaying and got sort of dizzy for a second and it looked like I was having flashes of light like I was about to pass out. It only lasted for a few seconds. I was fine after that.
I have never felt like this before.
What was this? It was so scary.

This happens to me sometimes; no answers-sorry. I seem to fight it hard then I can make it pass. I dont know your history, but I hope it doesnt happen to you again.

I used to have this happen to me. Mine lasted several minutes tho. I learned that my B12 was going low certain times of the day. My doctor recommended that I take B-12 vitamins to see if that would help and to ALWAYS carry around some time of food with me, ie crackers or energy bar or whatnot...so that if this should happen, i could eat something and get pepped up. Ive been on the B12 for 3 months now and havent had another episode..i still carry some food with me just incase. :)

I suggest you talk to you doctor about this. It may be different with you.
Good luck,
Rhea

this happens to me almost on a daily basis. for me, i think it is my blood pressure fluckuating (sp) to the point that this happens. i know that when this happens to me, i have to lean or hold onto something until this passes or i will go down. at least the blood pressure explaination is what my dr tells me
hope you don't have this happen again, i know i hate it

Sounds like you could be having "low blood sugar" episodes. Might be wise to get a test for hypoglycemia and for diabetes.
