I got two skin tags on my butt..

Anyways when they irritate (I can tell cause they get a bit damp) people start sniffing there nose and sometimes say i smell bad.. I know its coming from them.

The doctor also did a rectal exam and said i had internal hemmroids, could they be a cause of something worse? Should i suggest a bowel x-ray?
