Hello

The last few months i have to say have been great. WELL maybe not great but everything was going pretty good. I was actually starting to like life. I met someone special and they made me happy every time they talked to me. FOR me its VERY hard to find somone that actually makes me happy just always been that way i guess. OK here is the problem last night after hanging out for the last time stuff got a little to much and i dont think we should ever talk again or hang out again im sure this person feels the same. anyways i just want to know how can i get over this best? its just so painful i mean i dont wanna eat its hard to sleep etc.. etc.... i just wish things could go back to the way they were.

I guess I'm confused as to how you can go from everything going great and being happy to one night of "things getting to be too much" and never wanting to see this person again. That seems pretty extreme. Can you give us some more detail about what happened and why you think you should never see this person again?

Yes. I'm a bit confused as well. Willing to help :) , but confused is all. It is not like any of us know you. So you can just let it all out here. And we will do our best to help you...

Are you saying "all of a sudden" you had the urge to dump your partner?

Explain more... More details... We will help if we can!

Yes well i thought things were over but aparently they are not. I guess i would like to have this person out of my life as they r not right for me but i dont know how i will deal with the pain after letting them go.

So you want to get ride of your girl because you guys are not the right match... Makes perfect sane logical sense...

But you will feel pain when you break up... Which makes sense to, because it is not that you don't like them... Just that the two of you are not the right fit...

Well, the only way to deal with the pain is to WAIT until it goes away... Not much else... Keep busy, hang out with friends, exercise, dont stay IDLE or else you will start to THINK...

Hang in there, be strong, and do what ya gotta do...

First, if you are dealing with depression, then you need to deal with the unhappiness in general, go to you doctor, see if you can get help that way. I learned that I couldnt have a relationship without help in that way, no relationship made me happy, nothing or no one could. I started on medication and then I was able to start relationships on an even keel. Dealing with relationships caused me pain, but then, ending them did too, I didnt like myself much and hated to be alone. These conflicting emotions tend to drive others away as well. I found that on meds I was alot less needy. If you feel you are overly depressed, that you cant even think of one thing in your life that could possibly make you happy, talk to your doctor. It cant hurt.

Some VERY good points... I tend to find myself need, but since the new medication, my neediness has decrease
