weight39 07-03-2004, 12:36 PM Just curious, has anyone tried this: http://askwaltstollmd.com/hiatus.html Sponsor Kalar 07-03-2004, 06:03 PM I use Ginger root all the time. No, it doesn't = reflux free....at least not for me. Although I do think it helps and, unlike a lot of other things, doesn't seem to hurt. actudan 07-04-2004, 10:17 PM Ginger is a very popular known herb that helps with gastric problems. Can it cure you? Maybe, but not everyone. It sorts of goes with you mom always giving your ginger-ale when you have the flu or stomach aches (though ginger-ale has very little ginger in it). I have tried ginger before and I thoght I noticed an improvement (I took it for gastritis and I juiced the ginger along with veggies). There are also many companies selling ginger so you may want to do some research before self medicating. Good luck! |
