I have been informed that Doctor statement bear nothing in the decision process. I also Have been told that it is very Important that Family doctor write a letter. I am not for sure what to do I have not aked my Doctor to help me with my Appeal. Do I pay him to fill out forms?? I have Attorney From Evansville Indiana please Advise.
