The Dentist?
Pretty much you have tried all you can, orajel, aspirin, beyond that, just call your dentist and try to get in asap.

Aside from seeing a dentist--which is what I would do---but I wanted to tell you that my nephew had a severe toothache a few years ago--I dont drink and dont mess around with it, so I dont know anything about this--but---he poured whiskey straight onto the tooth--and it deadened the nerve. He no longer suffered with a toothache, and never went to the dentist about it. So, if seeing a dentist is out of the question, you might want to give this a try.

There are a lot of ointments out there that can help ease the pain caused by toothaches. Oragel can be used in the mouth for pain etc, I also recommend something strong like excedrine or advil for the pain

i read an article that said regular sage can help with a toothache. i tried it and it worked for me. another thing i tried recently was to take some sore throat spray (cepacol) on a Q tip and rubbed my tooth and gum with it. The pain was gone instantly. another thing i tried before was listerine, it worked also for me.

Poor you...
Ultimately, you need a dentist, but in the meantime this may help:
Place a whole clove (Found in the spice rack of any good cook) above the aching tooth and bare down slightly. The oil omitted from the spice is a natural pain killer. Then take paracetamol. It has more of a kick than Aspirin, besides, if the tooth has to come out, the aspirin in your system will increase blood loss slightly. :D
Hope this helps

Try warm salt water rinse. And if theres a hole in the tooth, theres this stuff you can get at most pharmacies, its a temp. filling. It comes in a real small container, almost like white playdoe. Put a little of that in the hole, and believe me,it stops the air from hitting the nerve. I used to try everything before going to the dentist. Believe it or not, that orajel stuff is the worst.Ya,it works for a little while, but after that,it seems to get worse.

Clove oil. You can get it at most health food/herb stores.

Thank you, I did hear something about cloves, but I wasn't sure how to use them.
