Hello,

I was walking up some stairs when I tripped and then slamed both risks on the door.

Now one of my risks (left) makes a low pitched pop every time I bend it upward.

There is no pain but it feels extremely weird, Should I consult a doctor?

hi,

Now, that must have really hurt when you fell!! I'm assuming you mean your wrists....if you have any popping since that happened, it probably would be best to have an x-ray to make sure you haven't broken anything in there.

If you're seeing a chiropractor, that might be another option, hopefully he/she can align whatever is "out" back into place and end the cracking sound.

I would suggest you not continue to move your wrist more than you have to, just incase there is a bone or chip or something out of whack that can cause more of a problem than it already is.

Let us know what happens and what the diagnosis is.

Best to you,
quincy
