I know there are many things that can affect the amount of semen ejaculated, but is there a standard "normal" range for someone that has not ejaculated, for, say a few days?

A range from 1/2 to 1 teaspoonfull would be considered "normal".

I've read the "average", if there really is such a thing, is about a teaspoon or 5 ml.
