hi all..
i am experiencing a really weird and frightening thing b4 and while sleeping..
i'll be crossing my feet while lying on my back and all of the sudden,my feet move and they r not crossed any more(if u know what i mean)..i am currently on anti-depressiants (a pretty high dose)..do think that it might be the cause?
besides, i get these jerks and tremors in my whole body while sleeping..
has any one experienced this?
i am waiting eagerly for ur reply..

I get that sometimes to, there are times it's so bad it keeps me awake. I think I may have what is called restless leg syndrome. I was on Zoloft about 2 years ago and it got much worse. I had to stop taking it and it got better almost immediately. There is no doubt in my mind it made it worse.
