It doesn't hurt when you press on it, but apparently it is pressing on a nerve (or pressing on other lymph nodes that are pressing on a nerve), which causes discomfort.

Just wondering if this type of pain from a lymph node signifies anything more serious than just having one that is swollen only>? I am going to the dr. today but wanted to get some input if possible before my visit. Thanks :)
