HPV is transmitted through skin-to-skin contact, so yes it is possible to get it elsewhere, HOWEVER, oral HPV is very rare! Unfortunately, a blood test will not confirm infection, only a visible wart (low risk) or a biopsy of cervical tissue (high risk). If a man doesn't have a visible wart to determine infection, he'll never know he has it!

Is the only way to get hpv down there from sexual intercourse, or is there anyway to get it down there by oral sex? My boyfriend and i are both virgins so is there any way i could have it?! please let me know!!!
