Hi..I had an upper molar extracted about 2 wks ago..I was just wondering what the extraction site should look like at this time, as this is the first tooth I have ever had out...It looks like there is a white coating over the hole..I thought maybe it was food or something stuck there, but I have been brushing around it and rinsing with warm salt water and nothing dislodges..I did not have sutures put in, and I have had to pain, draining etc...Does anyone know if this is normal for it to look like this, or if it is ok to brush directly over the site at this point?
