Hi everyone,

Aproximatelly 4 months ago i woke up and i felt extremelly fatigated and with severe lightheadness. Please note that i never had vertigoes or spinning-like feelings...i just felt like i was floating and without energy, this happened specially in the morning. In the afternoon/night i would have headaches and rigid neck. These symptoms were really strong in the beginning. Eventually the neck and head pain started to go away but the light headness was allways there, some days better other days worse. One month after this i've started to feel my both ears full/pressurized. Doctor said that i was tired but before this i was enjoying my life without any worries and i was an extremelly happy young man (22). It seems preety logical to me that i've started to feel anxious and tired because this wouldn't go away right? Anyhow now i still feel the lightheadness everyday as soon as i stand up of the bed and i feel like my head/ears/sometimes nose bone, are submitted to some kind of pressure. Before this started i had a Kart accident. Nothing much...just went against some tires in the wall. My gess would be something related with the cervical spine/muscles...but why is it taking so long?

Any suggestions?

Take care

Ya know what's strange is I have those same saymptoms also on a daily basis only I did experience a vertigo type sensation briefly for maybe an hour before it all started for me. I know exactly what you mean when you say that your ears and head and nose bone feels like it's under some kind of strange pressure. It keeps me feeling very strange and offheaded or lightheaded and like Im walking around in a dream state almost sometimes. Im familiar with the fatigue and it affects my sleep as well. Id be very interested to see it does have anything to do with the cervical spine. anyhow it's good to know im not alone here on this aspect of it all.
are you fatigued often? how's your sleep and are you often just tired and sleepy?.....good talkin to ya. Eric

Well...that's the thing...my sleep is perfect...when i go to bed i feel perfect and i have a great night of rest only waking up in the morning though it wasn't like this in the beginning were i waked up nervous and with neck pain...I'm really sure that the fatigue is a result of anxiety and tiredness of having all these things for 4 months. The dizziness isn't really strong....i go to work everyday...once in a while i have trouble with focusing things with my eyes too. Because of not having the sleeping problem i'm positive that that the symptoms are related to my vertical posture!

Thank's for the reply,

Hope you get better soon

See that's the thing is even on nights where I feel like I sleep pretty well it's the same thing over. the dizziness isnt "strong" with me either just kinda of like a strange thing that's hard to explain. and the fatigue and sore neck and eveything is all the same with me and the vision thing you speak of. The reason I took an interest in what you said about the cervical spine is because I have a leg that is quite longer than the other one and cause a scoliosis in my spine which I know reverts right up to my neck. And on top of that anytime Im out walking or doing anything active I wonder if it just plays into the whole thing do to the possibility of the cerivical spine. I dont know, but it sucks and trust me I know more or less how you feel and it's been 17 months for me. I hope to God you come up with something that could be helpful. anyway I think eventually we'll get to the bottom of it. Hope you get feeling better as well. Utah

I experience the same things you guys are talking about too! I always feel like my head is foggy and I have a lot of trouble concentrating. Do you guys also have constant nasal congestion? I always feel congested, like I don't breathe in enough. I think that's where the lightheaded feeling comes in? I just started acupuncture as a last resort, so I'll let you know if it works. Do you feel the foggy thing 24/7? I feel it every moment of every day.

CaptainUtah...have you tried to say that to your doctor? I can understand that if your body is not balanced you brain and labirynth will have to adapt to a new balance position...or you have it since you were a kid??? I'm not really worried abou this...i work in scientific research so i'm a really straightforward and optimistic person. I can't go to my doctor right now because i'm studying abroad but i'm sure that he will help me...he's a really commited guy. I think this has a lot to do with the great amount of people that spend months without a diagnosis...you have bad professionals everywhere..like in doctors..and they are more than you would expect!
