On Friday I started to get quite intense toothache. It was on the right side of my mout, near the back, and just where the last molars are, to push down there (on my cheeck, not inside) hurt quite badly. That last for about a day and a half.

I also have a strange pain on my upper right 4th 5th and 6th teeth which sit in a triangle shape (ie. the 5th tooth sits out of the "arch" of the teeth if you can imagine what I am saying) It hurts to suck on these teeth only sometimes. They are quite sensitive to cold but not too bad. It doesn't hurt at all to bite down or prod them or whatever which is confusing me. The pain is only there some of the time. It is quite sharp.

I spoke to a dentist and she said, without examination, that it's probably my wisdom tooth coming in (I'm 16) but that confuses me as to why those three teeth would hurt.

I will speak to my own dentist, just hoping to get some opinions on this :)

I can only speculate it's either what your dentist says, or a cavity in one or more of your teeth. Let you and your dentist work this out.

Yes, it's probably a good idea to see your dentist.

In the meantime, you might consider some salt water rinses and good brushing. I've had dental pain go away completely, this way....
