Hi I just wanted to know if anyone has had any luck with the fluroide treatment the denist gives you to supposedly make your teeth stronger. Well actually the oral hygenist gives it to me. She says to rinse twice with it right before bed, and don't eat or drink anything afterward. This is too weird, by rinsing with it, I just don't think it is doing any good in my opinion, ie. you spit, and most of it comes out. Has anyone had any success with this? I would do just about anything to make my teeth stronger, as the denist is really my second home. I have always had bad teeth and always will, so if anything can help, I will try it, but this just sounds weird to me. Anyone used this and if so did it really help? Anyone else have any suggestions on ways to try and make teeth stronger? Thanks for any help!
