My husband I have never used any protection in 13 yrs(dating and be married together) I do not want kids yet and now I have this fear of getting pregnant by accident. My husband insist that if we did not have any accidents in 13 yrs. we will not have accidents in the future. I know that there can always be a chance. Has anyone ever done this method and have been successfull? Any advice would help.

What method are you referring to? I thought you said you weren't using any, hence 'no protection'.

I too have not used anything in 10 yrs of marriage. There is always a chance of getting pregnant, but the chance decreases the older you get. I was married at 32, and we didn't want kids at the time. My husband (who is a bit younger than I am) came to me when I was 39 and said he wanted to try and have a child. Well needless to say, I am turning 42 next week and no babies. Your chances get smaller after age 35. You didn't indicate your age, so I don't know if your over or under 35.
The best advice I can give you is this: If your periods are regular and you know your body well, do not have sex when you are ovulating. For a woman that has a regular 28 day cycle, ovulation will normally occur 14 days from the first day of your period. Say your period starts July 1st. Ovulation would probably occur between July 14th to July 18th. These would be your danger days for pregnancy. If you are not regular, it will be difficult to predict your ovulation day.
You might also want to check with your doctor to see if there is a medical reason that you cannot become pregnant such as blocked tubes, endometriosis, etc,,,or maybe your husband has a low sperm count.
My husband and I were just very careful in the first years of our marriage, and then when we wanted to try, I was too old!

I am 30 and my husband is 35. We have sex but he has never released inside or out. It only happens for him by hand only ( which takes around a 1/2 hr to happen).

I see from a later post that you are talking about withdrawal. Yes, my husband and I have used this method successfully for over 15 years. The times I wanted to get pregnant, I got pregnant on the first try, so the method being successful wasn't due to infertility. I will add that my husband does not have any pre-cum, so that probably contributes to its success. I will also add for any young person reading this that I am MARRIED and an accidentally pregnancy would not be horrible or "ruin" my life in any way. This method is also contingent on the man having control of his orgasms and being able to withdraw before ejaculation. I know precisely which day I ovulate, so once this has passed we do not use withdrawal. Most of my friends (late 30s to early 40s) use this method successfully also.

There is no GUARANTEE, however, that because withdrawal has been successful for you in all this time, that you won't get pregnant accidentally.

I would say you have very little to worry about. Like I said before, there is always a chance of pregnancy if you are not using any birth control. But in your case I would say that it's very unlikely. If he can only orgasm by hand, chances are it would be a miracle, but remember, there is always a chance some could "leek" out prior to him pulling out. If in fact he must pull it out and finish by hand, I wouldn't worry.
