Hey, i went to my docter to get tested for stds, i think my x b/f has hpv, my docter told me that it is veary unlikey to get gental warts if the person that has it don't have no warts or is not haveing a outbreak, she also said if you use a condom they are 99.9% effective can someone tell me if this is ture
