My daughter Mariam is 9-year old. A few months ago 2/3 gray hair appeared on her head which I ignored. With the passage of time, the number of graying hair is increasing. My wife, aged 40, doesn't have even a single gray hair. I'm 41, and my hair started graying about 4 years ago. Mariam's elder brother who is 12 doesn't have any problem.
Could anyone guide me what to do to stop further graying of hair?

This also happened to my son at the age of 8....I did some research and found it is a zinc deficiency that causes this...i started giving him extra zinc everyday and it didnt make it go away but it stopped spreading....I turned gray prematurely as well ..i was 15 when it started ..good luck

Thanks a lot for your advice. Could you please elaborate what food items carry extra zinc ingredient? Did you give your son medicine doses? Regards.
