I was recently seen by a neurologist for heaches/migraines and was given Vitamin B2 to help. I just started taking it and I noticed that when I go to the bathroom, my urine is brigth yellow. I am assuming it is because of the Vitamin, but I am not sure? Any insight on this?

And also has anyone else been treated with B2?

I take 100mg b-complex AM, 100mg B2 AM, 200mg B2 PM for migraines. It does change things to a yellowish color as it is yellowish itself. Make sure you drink your 8 glasses of water a day. It does seem to help, and makes the topamax more tolerable from what I have heard. I don't have the bad reactions that others have had to the drug. Good luck! Dana

So are the B vitamins helping you with the headaches?

Surprisingly yes, but it hasn't been enough time to tell. :-)

I have been taking b2-400mg/daily for 1 1/2 years now along w/Topamax.

Yes it has help. However, I am still suffering the side effects from Topamax but it's worth it! :)
