I'm glad to hear you are doing so well! I think taking walks in the best thing we can do. I have been walking every evening with my kids and dogs! ;)
I think I have overdone it the last couple of days (cleaning house). Why does everything involving housework seem to strain the back? (Not really a ?? just ironic.) Anyway, thanks for letting us know how you are doing -- keep us posted.

Good for you...keep on keepin' on. Those walks are the best thing you can do for yourself. Just make sure your little 4-legged friends don't yank on you! If they are anything like mine, if they see a squirrel or a cat---whoeeee, the race is on, lol.

Hope you continue to feel better and better.

Carol
