I wonder if the extremely overweight will have a chance at disability now.

Those who are seriously overweight have always had a good chance at obtaining SSDI/SSI. Even with with recent removal of the Listing for the morbidly obese, new language was added to three different Listings that now factor in weight as a potentially disabling factor that must be considered.

What will be consider "extremily overweight" , Iam 285 pds and have Osteoporosis plus other health problems . Do I stand a chance of getting permanet disability?
